So I have Chrome set to bypass VPN in split tunnel settings on PIA (V2.0, Windows 10). I know the bypass is working because I can get my public IP address when looking up my IP through the browser. What's strange is that Netflix will fail to load while VPN is on, but when I turn it off it works fine. Additionally, if I change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 it also works fine.
